What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can, our processing time is 2 to 3 business days. Orders are usually shipped out within this time frame.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days from the day the item(s) are received to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product(s) we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned packages.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive at your address before requesting to return it and receive a refund. To start a return, you can contact us at support@bebe-essentielle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We aim to satisfy our customers and will assist in resolving order related issues. However, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information provided, please contact the last courier for more information.

Can I cancel my order?
Due to the amount of orders we process we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. However, you do have the option to return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have mis-spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address. Please notify us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Please send your email to, support@bebe-essentielle.com. Please include in your email: order number, name on the order, your correct address and a note: wrong address entered.  No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary as we do ship from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 8-14 business days.
